shipping policy

Everything at House of Wendu is created to order. Your piece starts production after you place your order, so nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing gets made that nobody wanted.

production time

Premium clothing: created within [3 to 7] business days of your order.

Fine art prints: printed, signed, and packed within [3 to 5] business days. Limited edition prints ship with a certificate of authenticity.

Production time is separate from shipping time. The clock on shipping starts once your order leaves production.

shipping time

United States: [5 to 8] business days after production.

International: [10 to 20] business days after production, depending on where you are.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you ordered clothing and prints together, they may arrive in separate packages since they're produced in different places.

international orders

Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are set by your country and are your responsibility. They're charged at delivery, not at checkout, so check your local rules if you're unsure.

wrong address

Double check your address before you order. If you catch a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to fix it before production starts. Once an order ships to the address you gave us, we can't redirect it.

lost or damaged packages

If your tracking says delivered but nothing showed up, give it 48 hours, check with neighbors and your mail carrier, then reach out. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
